The first thing you need to do is book the adventure you want to play with your friends or family on the website. Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email with the code that you will need to share with the other players.

2. Download the app

Download the app in your app store and install it in your device. The app is available in Android and iPhone devices

3. Head to the starting location and enter your code

When you’re at the starting location, you’ll need to enter the code you received via email. Before confirming the groups, you’ll need to form teams, with each person selecting the team they want to join.

4. Start the game

When you confirm the teams, the adventure will start automatically. Good luck!

What is Urban Escaper?

Urban Escaper is an outdoor escape game. In other words, you’ll have to do the same things you would in an Escape Room, but without walls and with the city as your playing field. You’ll need to search for clues, solve puzzles, and complete the adventure before the time runs out.

How to play?

Download the app and select your adventure within the app or on our website. After purchasing your adventure, you will receive a code that you will need to share with the other players who want to participate.

Form teams of up to 5 people (up to 20 people can participate in the same game) and when everyone is ready, confirm the teams and start the adventure. Will you be the first to uncover all the secrets and successfully complete the challenge?

When can I play?

You can play 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The app is self-guided and doesn’t require our intervention. Depending on the city and the season, you’ll need to make sure there are no access restrictions in the game area. If you have any doubts, feel free to ask us!

How long does the game last?

Each game has an estimated duration of between 60 and 120 minutes. If you don’t finish on time, don’t worry, the game will allow you to continue the adventure, although you won’t make it into the rankings of the best.

What do I need to play?

You’ll only need your fully charged mobile phone and comfortable footwear. The app and the environment will provide everything else. Stay alert!

Is it possible to pause the game?

It’s not possible to pause the game once you’ve started the adventure, as it’s designed to be played continuously. You can always take a break if you feel you can’t continue, but if you exceed the time limit, you won’t be able to enter the game’s rankings.

What happens when the game is over?

When you finish the game, you won’t be able to play it again. You’ll receive congratulations and some virtual confetti, and if you’ve managed to finish before the time limit expires, you’ll join the select group of star adventurers, entering the game’s ranking. Can you reach the number one spot?
